philph Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using the philph platform at philph.org, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and philph (the "Platform" or "We").

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the philph platform. Continued use of philph following the publication of any amended Terms shall constitute your acceptance of those amendments.

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "philph" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" — refers to the philph online gaming platform operating at philph.org.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" — refers to any individual who registers for or uses a philph account.
• "Account" — the registered profile associated with a Player on the philph platform.
• "Balance" — the total real-money funds held in a Player's philph Account, denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits issued by philph subject to wagering requirements, distinct from real-money Balance.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a Bonus amount must be bet before it may be withdrawn.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" — features including deposit limits, session timers, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion available within the philph account dashboard.
• "PAGCOR" — the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing gaming operations in the Philippines.

To register and use the philph platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as set by PAGCOR regulations. philph strictly enforces this requirement.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, whether voluntary or imposed by a gaming regulatory authority.
• Your use of the philph platform is not prohibited under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You are not a current or former employee of philph, nor an immediate family member of such an employee, without prior written consent from philph.

philph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Account access may be suspended pending age verification. Any winnings accrued on an account later found to be in breach of the age requirement are subject to forfeiture.

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) philph Account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

4.1 Registration Information

When registering for a philph Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. philph may require verification documents — such as a government-issued Philippine ID (PhilSys, UMID, passport, driver's licence, or voter's ID) — to confirm your identity before processing withdrawals.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your philph login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. philph will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. 4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

philph is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) checks in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR guidelines. You agree to cooperate fully with any KYC request, including providing supporting documents within the timeframe specified by philph. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.

5.1 Deposits

All deposits to a philph Account are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits may be made via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, USDT, Coins.ph, and 7-Eleven Cliqq, subject to each method's availability and applicable processing times.

philph does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name. Deposits made from unverified or mismatched payment sources may be held pending investigation.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. Before any withdrawal is processed, your philph Account must have completed full KYC verification. Withdrawals of Bonus Funds require satisfaction of the applicable Wagering Requirement before becoming eligible for release.

philph targets processing of GCash and Maya withdrawal requests within 15 minutes under normal conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically settled within one business day, subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule. philph shall not be liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

5.3 Currency

All Account Balances are maintained in Philippine Peso (₱). Where a Player uses an international payment method (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, USDT), any applicable currency conversion is performed at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. philph is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or fees imposed by third-party financial institutions.

philph offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, including but not limited to:

• Wagering Requirements — the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before withdrawal eligibility is met.
• Validity Period — the window of time within which the bonus must be claimed and wagering requirements completed.
• Game Restrictions — some bonuses may be restricted to specific game categories (e.g., slots, bingo, Hi-Lo).
• Maximum Bet Limits — while playing with active Bonus Funds, a maximum bet per round may apply.
• Withdrawal Caps — some promotional offers may impose a maximum withdrawal amount on winnings derived from Bonus Funds.

philph reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where it reasonably suspects that a Player has exploited, abused, or attempted to circumvent the promotional conditions. This includes, but is not limited to, placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee outcomes (bonus abuse / arbitrage).

All games available on the philph platform — including slots, live casino, sports betting, sabong, bingo, Hi-Lo, and Ocean Lord — operate under their respective game-specific rules, which are available within each game interface or on the relevant game page on philph.org.

Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems, or by live dealer draws in the case of live casino products. philph does not manipulate game outcomes and all games are subject to independent certification for fairness. In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, philph's technical logs shall be the definitive record of the game outcome, and decisions made based on those logs are final.

For sports betting markets, philph reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, manifest pricing errors, market irregularities, or confirmed instances of match manipulation. Void bets are returned to the Player's Account Balance at the original stake amount.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the philph platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and/or forfeiture of funds:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or verification information.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with the philph platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain. Any winnings arising from such exploitation are void and subject to clawback.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker or live dealer games.
• Engaging in money laundering, or depositing funds derived from illegal activity.
• Using a payment method not registered in your own name.
• Participating in any form of fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute without a legitimate basis.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing philph staff or other Players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming tools or self-exclusion restrictions.

philph is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The platform provides a suite of tools accessible from the Account dashboard designed to help Players maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps.
• Session Time Limits — receive notifications or automatic logouts after a defined play session.
• Cooling-Off Periods — temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion — permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the philph platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are not reversible for the duration of the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks — periodic on-screen reminders showing time elapsed and net gaming activity during the current session.

philph enforces the 21+ age restriction without exception. Any Player found to be under 21 years of age will have their Account immediately suspended and all funds held pending investigation.

All content on the philph platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, user interface designs, text, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive property of philph or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the philph platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, licence, or otherwise exploit any content from the philph platform without the prior written consent of philph or the relevant rights holder.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, philph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the philph platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings.
• Loss of data or Account access due to technical failure beyond philph's reasonable control.
• Interruption of service due to scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or third-party infrastructure failures.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

philph's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits philph's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

philph collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering for a philph Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

philph implements industry-standard security measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption and secure data storage — to protect your personal and financial information. philph will never sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.

philph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, philph will provide reasonable notice via email to the registered Account address or via an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, unless immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.

The most current version of these Terms will always be published at philph.org/terms-conditions with the effective date noted at the top of the document. Continued use of the philph platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact philph's support team to attempt an informal resolution. philph is committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly through direct communication wherever possible.

philph operates in alignment with PAGCOR regulations. Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately resolved by philph may escalate the matter to the relevant PAGCOR oversight body.
